Types of survey
- 01Pre-purchase survey — an independent assessment of hull, machinery and equipment before a buying decision
- 02Insurance survey — the condition report an insurer requires to issue or renew a policy
- 03Annual / periodic check — a general condition assessment before the season or an extended lay-up
- 04Sea trial coordination — observing engine and system performance during a sea trial
How the process works
We arrange an independent, qualified surveyor suited to the yacht's location and segment
We organise our client's (or their representative's) attendance during the inspection
The report is reviewed together with the client once delivered
If needed, we support negotiations with the seller/yard based on the findings
